Special Event : The Mach Loop
Advance warning - this week we're visiting the NATO low level training area on the border of Snowdonia in Wales - time to get the fast jets out!
Marking something of a change, this coming weekend we will visit the “Mach Loop” on the southern edge of the Snowdonia national park in Wales - where UK and US Air Force pilots learn to fly low and fast through a twisting and turning series of valleys and hills.
If you were wondering, the previously planned trip to Hawaii has been moved back to the first weekend in June to make way for this escapade.

Where
We will gather at EGFD Llanbedr, before marshalling off the coast of Barmouth, south of Llanbedr (p.s. Llanbedr is spelled incorrectly in Microsoft Flight Simulator).
