Preparing for Flight Simulator 2024
In preparation for the new simulator arriving, we have started re-organising the channels in the Discord server, to hopefully make it more obvious where things should go, and to support both Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024 going forwards.
First things first…
If you want to chat with the community about the new simulator, head to the following topic right now!

Now we’ve got that out of the way…

What about events?
We’re still discussing what will happen with events going forwards. If you have not read, multiplayer functionality between 2020 and 2024 is not compatible - so you won’t be able to see each other between the two simulators.
At the moment it looks like we will encourage event organisers to advertise their event for one simulator or the other (in the title and guidance text) - so those moving to 2024 can create events for 2024, and those staying with 2020 can create events for 2020 alongside each other.
Ultimately, everything we do is community led, so we’ll see how it goes!
