We have some incredibly exciting news for all our community members who use SayIntentions.AI for their flight simulator air traffic control.
Thanks to SayIntentions’ Virtual Airline Alliance integration, you can now experience custom, branded immersion on every flight. When you configure your settings correctly, both the virtual air traffic services and your cabin crew will explicitly recognize you as flying for VirtualFlight.Online!
Imagine hearing your actual community name used in ATC handoffs, or your flight attendants welcoming passengers aboard a VirtualFlight.Online flight. It completely transforms the realism of your simulator sessions.
Here is exactly how to set it up in just a few clicks.
How to Configure SayIntentions.AI for VirtualFlight.Online
To get the custom callsigns and cabin announcements working, you just need to update your airline profile and your flight number within the SayIntentions client.
Open the Pilot Portal
Log into your SayIntentions.AI Pilot Portal and head over to your account settings page.
Select VirtualFlight.Online
Within the Virtual Airline section, open the dropdown menu and select VirtualFlight.Online from the list of official partners.
Set Your Flight Number
When setting up your flight in the SayIntentions client, make sure your flight number is entered appropriately (e.g., using our community callsigns or your assigned flight string).
Fly and Listen
Fire up your simulator, connect the client, and listen out! Your ATC clearances and cabin crew briefings will now natively name the airline as VirtualFlight.Online.
💡 Don’t forget: Selecting our airline in the dropdown is what unlocks the custom AI voice personas and localized cabin scripts. If you leave it on default, you’ll just get standard generic airline phrasing!
