New version of Transmitter

There is a new version of Transmitter available for download. It fixes some small bugs, and adds diagnostic information in the status bar.

While flying it will show longitude, latitude, altitude, heading, airspeed, and response time of the server (in milliseconds). If there is no response from the simulator, or the web server, the reason will be displayed in the status bar.
